Our Lady of the Lake Mission in Tonto Basin Arizona was established on April 30th, 2009. It meets at the Tonto Basin Chamber of Commerce Building on Arizona State Highway 188 and Rattlesnake Lane. Masses are at 5:30PM on Thursdays throughout the year. On September 1st, 2011 the +Bishop of the Diocese of Tucson, Gerald F. Kicanas D.D. formally named the mission as "Our Lady of the Lake" in honor of its location near Roosevelt Lake. Already the Sacraments of Baptism and 1st. Holy Communion have been administered during Mass at the mission. This mission is characterized by its friendly parishioners and famous "Pot Luck Suppers".
